Another league I'm in has an age limitation regarding which player pool international signees fall into. Any signees 24+ are not eligible for the minor league draft and are only eligible for the major league auction. I am for implimenting this here. Thoughts?

I think the simple way to go is by using MLBs signing rules. I believe it is younger than 24 or less than 3 years in foreign professional leagues. Basically if the player qualifies for the July 2nd international signing period then they would be eligible for our offseason draft. If they don't qualify then they must be acquired in our major league auction.

That works for me. I wasn't sure if we had any rule like this on file.

I just looked back at the archived poll that we had on this last offseason(as a league we voted in favor of changing who is eligible). In my initial post for that poll I outlined that we were going to use the July 2nd International signing rules with regards to who is eligible for our draft and auction, so with that there shouldn't be any issues with using that going forward. I will update our constitution to reflect that change.
